This year’s Grow Our Canopy program is wrapping up with the final pickup on Monday, May 13.
It’s the third year of the program, which is run by Trees for Nipissing in partnership with the city and looks to increase the tree canopy in the community.
Officials say residents can buy trees at $20 each, with a limit of one tree per property.
The final pickup event takes place Monday, May 13, at Lee Park at 10 a.m.
Over 100 trees were available this year with a limited number of trees remaining, on a first-come, first-served basis.
