Backpacks of Love

The Compassionate Committee for the Homeless in North Bay is producing Backpacks of Love filled with donated essential items.We need the community of North Bay’s generosity to reach our goal of 200 backpacks!
The New Apostolic Church at 46 Joseph St. will be accepting drop-offs from 1 to 3 p.m. on:
 Saturday, June 26
 Saturday, July 10
 Saturday, July 24
Essential items include: backpacks – 30 to 45 L, silver emergency blankets, tarps, small flashlights with batteries, lip balm, deodorant, hairbrushes, bars of soap, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, socks, reusable bags, reusable water bottles, mini first aid kits, package of masks, rain ponchos, sun hats/ball caps, bug repellent (cream), sunscreen (cream), toothpaste, towelettes/wipes.
