Lakers Break the Ice on Mental Health

For the first time since 2019, the Nipissing Lakers Women’s and Men’s Hockey teams will lace up their skates to Break the Ice on Mental Health. This year’s proceeds are supporting mental health & addictions programs at NBRHC.Nipissing University’s Sport Marketing students and the Lakers Varsity Hockey teams partnered with the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation & NU Listens to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Join us! Saturday, November 12th at Memorial Gardens for an evening of exciting varsity hockey, strong community spirit, and entertaining fundraising for mental health in our community.
The Women’s team takes on the Laurier Golden Hawks at 5:00pm and the Men’s Team faces off against the Carleton Ravens at 7:30pm.
