City reinstalling freshwater docking system pool

The water may still be a bit chilly, but the freshwater docking system pool at The Cove on Trout Lake returns this week.

The city says the C-shaped dock provides a 50-metre swimming area, including 2–4 lanes for swimming and aquatic programs.

It was first installed last year, opening in August.

At the time, officials said it’s a fantastic addition to the community and highlights the city’s commitment to provide enhanced recreational opportunities.
