North Bay Police have arrested and charged a 45-year old male with:
- one count of fraud over $5000, and;
- one count of utter forged documents following a fraud investigation that began in February of 2015.
The fraud investigation has been ongoing since February 2015.
The accused allegedly submitted fraudulent proof of service slips to a local registered charity for personal gain between June 2013 and January 2015.
The accused was released from custody and has a court date scheduled for September 13th.
