The North Bay Police has arrested a 26-year old North Bay man following a traffic stop for impaired driving.
According to police, early this morning an SUV with a British Columbia license plate drove down a grass embankment from a parking lot located on the 1400 block of Seymour Street.
Not long after, police pulled the vehicle over on Franklin Street where the man was arrested.
The man is being held in custody, with a bail hearing set for today.
