Steve Harland’s second goal of the game gave the North Bay Battalion a huge 3-2 overtime victory over the top team in the OHL, the Erie Otters. Brett McKenzie had the other goal for the Troops.
The win capped off a big weekend for the Battalion. They defeated the Barrie Colts 5-2 on Saturday. The big weekend has the Troops leading the Central Division with a 11-7-2 record.
The Troops will look to continue their momentum on Thursday at home against the Kingston Frontenacs.
