Snowboarder Tyler Nicholson, from North Bay, placed 4th in a Big Air event at the site for the 2018 Olympics in Korea. Nicholson was among four other Canadians who placed inside the top 10.
Big Air has been added as an Olympic Sport and will make it’s debut at the 2018 Winter Games.
