Battalion blanked on home ice against Windsor

The North Bay Battalion has dropped another game on home ice, this time a 3-0 loss to the Windsor Spitfires.

Rookie goalie Julian Sime was strong again, making 21 saves for the Troops in the losing effort. The rookie net-minder is 2-3 and sports a GAA of 3.00 and a save percentage of .893. Both of those numbers are tops among goalies who have played for the Troops this year.

The Battalion hit the ice again on Thursday when the Ottawa 67s come to town. The Troops have beaten the 67’s twice already this season, both games were in October.
