The OPP has laid charges in relation to a head-on collision at O’Brien Street and the Highway 11/17 bypass in North Bay.
One of the drivers involved, a 31-year-old North Bay man has been charged with driving without insurance, failing to stop for an amber light and operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited.
That driver also received medical attention by paramedics who transported him to North Bay Regional Health Centre for treatment of minor injuries.
The accused has been released and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice on September 3, in North Bay.
