Another arrest has been made after the body of a 34-year-old North Bay man was located in the Magnetawan area last month.
His death was deemed a homicide.
The Almaguin Highlands OPP reports a 28-year-old Scarborough resident has been charged with first degree murder, forcible confinement and kidnapping.
Earlier, on Dec. 1, an Emsdale resident was charged with first degree murder.
Police say both accused remain in custody.
