The Seymour Street Reconstruction Project has resumed.
The city says the project will continue through this construction season as crews return to complete remaining road, infrastructure and intersection improvements.
Work has started on the installation of a new watermain along Wallace Road from Seymour to Progress roads.
Officials say other work includes widening Seymour to three lanes, redesigning the Commerce and Venture crescents intersection, along with the construction of a retaining wall, and more.
During the work, Seymour will be reduced to one lane in each direction, and a portion of Wallace will be closed to vehicles.
The project is expected to wrap up in November.
