Jason Whiteley has been appointed as the City of North Bay’s new fire chief.
Whiteley comes to North Bay from the Woodstock Fire Department, where he has been the deputy chief since 2015.
Whiteley has more than 27 years of fire service experience, as well as management of fire operations, including business administration, emergency management and response, and fire prevention and education.
Whiteley says he is honoured to join the City of North Bay Fire Department, and looks forward to bringing high level emergency service to the community.
Whiteley began his career with the City of Burlington Fire Department in 1989.
