A 25-year-old North Bay man has been arrested by the OPP after an incident. Police say on Tuesday night, an officer was asked to help an employee from a local store with a guy he’d seen shoplifting.
The officer found the man outside in the parking lot, and that started a fracas. He’s facing nine criminal charges, including three counts of assaulting a peace officer and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order. The man was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on March 30th.
