It looks like North Bay’s favourite adopted son is coming home again.
An industry insider confirms Carter, the quirky detective series starring Jerry O’Connell will return for a second season and will be shooting in North Bay. Location scouting has already begun for the series, slated for a production schedule beginning in April 2019.
In the October edition of Music and Film in Motion, both Cardinal and Carter are named as “potential and upcoming productions,” to be shot in the area.
Cardinal, which has also been officially renewed, stars Billy Campbell and will shoot its fourth season beginning in January 2019, in North Bay and area.
