The recent bout of warm temperatures and rain has affected the quality of ice at rinks as the Christmas holidays approach.
The Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department is advising members of the community that all municipal outdoor rinks have been closed until further notice. Outdoor rinks will be reopened when the weather permits.
