UPDATE: Both Memorial Drive and Carmichael Drive have reopened.
Memorial Drive is set to reopen around 3:00pm as City of North Bay crews finish grading the road.
Meanwhile, a new closure, of Carmichael Drive between Four Mile Lake Road and Voodoo Crescent, has been announced. Like Memorial this morning, the closure is for safety due to poor visibility from blowing and drifting snow. The road closure is in effect until further notice.
