Chippewa Secondary School was placed under a Hold and Secure earlier this morning according to North Bay Police Services.
The incident was in response to a student who attends the school.
The student had made comments that were concerning to a teacher and police were notified. Once officers arrived, the school was placed in the Hold and Secure so police would be able to locate the student in question and interact with them.
There were no injuries. The investigation is ongoing and police will provide further information at a later time.
