North Bay Police Service has arrested a man in relation to a business break and enter on Main Street.
Thursday morning, near 8:00am, allegedly a man broke a glass door to the business and entered the building, leaving a short time after. Officers were able to identify the accused who had left on foot. Once police caught up with the man, and a search happened after the arrest, officers say they found a small amount of crystal methamphetamine.
As a result, a 30-year-old man from North Bay has been charged with:
- One Count of Break and Enter With Intent
- One Count of Possession of Property Obtained By Crime
- One Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- One Count of Fail to Comply With Recognizance of Bail
The man has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 10.
