‘Prying’ eyes gain access to personal, commercial mailboxes in Callander

The North Bay Police Service is seeking suspect(s) in a break and enter at the Callander Post Office on Main Street.

Police say sometime between 6:00 p.m. last Friday and 8:00 a.m. Monday suspect(s) pried open the secure front door leading into the mailroom lobby. The suspect(s) pried open some personal and commercial mailboxes.

It is unknown if anything was stolen.

Anyone with information that may assist police with this investigation is asked to call the North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555 and select option 9 to speak to a police officer. Constable Vietmeier is investigating.
