A 23-year-old North Bay man has been arrested by North Bay Police following an investigation into a domestic assault.
Police received a call early on Saturday morning, with a citizen telling police about a man loudly yelling from a North Bay apartment building.
Police responded, and found out the man assaulted his partner in their apartment and also did damage to the unit.
The man was held in custody for a bail hearing.
