For the curling team of Karen and Dean Pigeau of West Nipissing, Wednesday marks the start of a momentous occasion. The Pigeaus are representing Northern Ontario at the National Mixed Doubles championship now going on in Saskatoon. Their first game is against former individual world curling champions, Jennifer Jones and Brent Laing. Jones, who is also an Olympic curling champion, and Laing are ranked number two at the mixed doubles championship.
