Job fair included in Diversity at Work Nipissing Summit on Monday

A Diversity at Work Nipissing (DAWN) Summit and Job Fair is taking place in the city on Monday.

The focus of the event at the Best Western is on building workplaces where people thrive.

Officials say it pairs practical guidance for businesses and organizations with direct access to a diverse pool of job seekers.

There are keynote speakers and an employer luncheon before the job fair opens to Yes Employment Services clients (1-2:30 pm), then the public (2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their résumé.

The DAWN Summit is presented by the Diversity at Work Nipissing program at Yes Employment Services (Nipissing) and The Labour Market Group.
