Highway 11Â remains closed this evening as crews have removed a tractor-trailer from Angus Lake, north of North Bay.
The rig was removed around 4:00pm. It was hoped that the highway could re-open in both directions by that time but the continuing closure is forcing motorists to take a lengthy detour.

The OPP says northbound traffic is directed to take Highway 63 in North Bay and head toward Temiscaming, then drive north on Highway 101 through Quebec and finally westward on Highway 65 toward New Liskeard.
The driver of the transport is charged with failing to drive in the marked lane after an incident Sunday that saw the operator roll the tractor-trailer onto its side, half-submerged in Angus Lake.
