Temperatures are expected to dip down below minus 25 tonight with the wind chill. The North Bay Warming Centre is opening its doors at 7 for those who don’t have shelter and need to get out of the cold. It’s located at St. John’s Church in downtown North Bay. People can spend the night, and as always, pets are allowed.
