Northeast LHIN concerned about mental health over the holidays

The Northeast LHIN wants to make sure everyone is taking care of themselves during the winter months.

The health network says the holidays can bring on feelings of stress, anxiety and sadness for some. There is help available for those struggling. The LHIN has created the North East Regional Warm Line, so that Northerners in need of mental health, addictions or other support have someone to speak to.

The phone line is available to people seven nights per week, between 6:00pm and 12:00am. You can access the line by calling: 1-866-856-9276
