Fill the Crib

Help us Fill the Crib to help parents in need on September 25 at the Best Buy entrance at the Northgate mall. COVID-19 precautions will be in place and all individuals will be required to wear a face covering. 
Fill the Crib is a Rotaract Club of North Bay Nipissing initiative to help parents of infants in need. We know that 2020 and 2021 have brought with it many hardships and struggles and this is just one way we can give back to our community.
Donations can be as big or as small as you would like. We are accepting items such as:

Diapers

Baby food and cereal

Blankets

Towels

Face cloths

Baby wipes

Baby sleepers

Newborn toys

Gift cards to Walmart allowing (parents to pick out formula for their babies)

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept formula. We want to ensure that the parents have the opportunity to pick a formula that works best for their baby. 
Any donation (monetary and physical) you make at the event will be split evenly between the NICU and the Infant Food Bank. These donations will help the NICU and the Infant Food Bank both to purchase the supplies they need, which may include any of the items listed above or other necessary supplies. 
We will be accepting cash donations at the event on the day of, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer charitable receipts as we are a volunteer group not a registered charity. If you wish to have a charitable donation receipt provided to you for your donation, we recommend that you contact the organization directly to make your donation.
