City police hosting another ‘Coffee with a Cop’ session

North Bay’s new deputy police chief, Robert Norman, is grabbing coffee with the community.

As part of Crime Prevention Week, the North Bay Police Service, Amelia Rising Sexual Violence Support Centre and Victim Services of Nipissing District, are inviting residents to “Coffee with a Cop” on Friday.

It takes place from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Twiggs Coffee Roasters on McKeown Avenue.

Officials say the event provides an opportunity to ask questions and learn about local support services.

Along with the deputy chief, the city police Community Response Unit will be there.
