OPP Sergeant Carlo Berardi has been officially named as the new media services coordinator for the North East Region of the Ontario Provincial Police.
Berardi is a 23-year member of the OPP and previously served in the Traffic and Marine Unit at the North Bay Detachment, as well as in the Provincial Communications Centre. Berardi started his career in 1994 when he was deployed to the Superior East detachment in Wawa, Ontario. He spent five years there before transferring to North Bay.
Berardi is now assigned to the North East Region’s OPP Headquarters in North Bay.
