22 Wing, Canadian Forces Base has announced they raised 4,000 pounds of food for the North Bay Food Bank.
22 Wing announced last week that they would be set up on Airport Road from 6:00am to 9:00pm Wednesday in an attempt to collect the food or monetary donations from drivers.
All the food was for My Team Cares, which is a new initiative by the food bank, announced in early November as the successor to Coach4Food.
